I trained at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in London — one of the most respected accredited centres in the field — and completed additional training with The Sleep Charity and Sleep Consultancy Ltd under Dr. Jason Ellis, one of Europe’s leading sleep experts. I am fully trained and insured, and my work focuses on practical, behavioural methods that help people restore natural, healthy sleep.
I am also a registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and the British Sleep Society(British Sleep Society UK Multidisciplinary Sleep Professionals).
