I trained at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in London, one of the most respected accredited centres in the field, and completed additional training with The Sleep Charity and Sleep Consultancy Ltd under Dr. Jason Ellis, one of Europe’s leading sleep experts. I am fully trained and insured, and my work focuses on practical, behavioural methods that help people restore natural, healthy sleep.
I am also a registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and the British Sleep Society(British Sleep Society UK Multidisciplinary Sleep Professionals).
