Dr. Stuart Taylor graduated from the University of Aberdeen Medical School in 2006. He has worked as a GP both in the Highlands and in Aberdeen, where he has been based since 2016. Alongside his general practice role, Stuart also works as a forensic physician and has held this position for several years. In 2024, he further broadened his experience as a GP Assistant in paediatrics outpatients.
Stuart has particular interests in musculoskeletal medicine, children’s health, and sexual health. He is trained to deliver steroid joint injections and enjoys applying his sports medicine expertise in primary care.
He values the continuity and variety of general practice and is committed to providing thorough, patient-centred care.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys keeping active and spending time with his family. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the committee of a Highland League Youth Academy Football team. He is also the regular host on an NFL podcast.
