Location Our clinic is conveniently located at 45 Queens Road in central Aberdeen, with free parking, disabled access and comfortable facilities for all. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Cancellation & Billing Policy We aim to provide flexible and fair booking arrangements for all our patients. Please take a moment to review our policy: Booking & Payment • All appointments require full payment at the time of booking to secure your slot. Cancellations & Changes • Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your appointment time (including weekends). • If you cancel within this period you can choose a full refund, or apply your payment to a reorganised appointment. Late Cancellations • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the appointment fee is non-refundable. • For more complex appointment types (e.g., coil fitting, health screening packages, that include both an appointment fee and an equipment fee): the equivalent appointment fee will be retained if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and any payments made for equipment or procedures will be refunded.
