Dr. Jennie Sandison graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2009 and has been working as a GP since 2014. She is an experienced GP partner with a broad interest in all aspects of family medicine.
Jennie has particular expertise in women’s health, including contraception and menopause care. She is trained in the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants, holds the DFSRH qualification, and is currently working towards the British Menopause Society certificate. She also has additional training in diabetes care and enjoys supporting patients to manage their long-term health conditions.
Alongside her clinical work, Jennie is an educational supervisor for GP trainees and has a strong interest in medical education. She also enjoys caring for children and has many years of experience carrying out baby and infant checks.
Outside of work, Jennie is a busy mum of three. She values the variety that general practice brings and is committed to continually learning and developing both personally and professionally.
