Dagmara is a mental health professional based in Mullingar, Ireland, who works with adults, aiming to guide clients towards personal growth and improvement of their mental health. At the core of her work is a Person-Centred Approach, ensuring that each client’s unique needs, values, and experiences are central to the therapeutic process. She also draws on elements of Psychodynamic therapy to explore underlying patterns and past experiences, as well as principles from Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) to help clients challenge unhelpful beliefs and develop healthier thought patterns.
