I have worked in the field of massage and stress management for over 20 years and my mission has remained the same for all of them: to provide relief for those in pain, relaxation to those who are stressed and a little bit of luxury to those who might be in need of it, all in a caring, professional manner. I specialise in the area of deep tissue/sports massage, reflexology and Bowen therapy and have a diploma in stress management. When you come through the door you can expect a thorough, highly skilled, hands on treatment as well as sound, clinically based advice to assist you in making any lifestyle change that may be required.

Sophie has over 25 years of Bodywork therapy , Practising Holistic, Aromatherapy massage and reflexology in 1995 in the UK. Sophie then moved to Ireland in 1998 and in 2001 she qualified as a Neuromuscular Therapist in Dublin and Naturopathic Nutritionist in 2006. She opened up a clinic in the centre of Manorhamilton and has continued practising ever since.
