I am an accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I support (18+) and my clientele includes, Self-Referrals, Corporate Well-Being, Agencies and Private Health Providers. Due to the pandemic, I am currently offering online sessions via video platform. The range of presenting issues I work with includes Loss & Bereavement, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem and Confidence, Work-Related Issues and Life Transitions.
