Our Founder, Tola Macaulay, has a BSc Honours degree in Sports Therapy and REPs Level 3 Personal Training. As well as completing numerous CPD courses such as Kinesiology Taping, Dry Needling and Spinal Manipulation & Mobilisation.​ Tola has also worked as the Primary Sports Therapist for Reading Town Football Club , The Peterborough Saxons American Football Club & The London Blitz American Football Club.​ We believe ‘Winning is a lifestyle’, specifically in the health and fitness world and our passion for health & well-being is seen across several of our platforms.
