Rutu is a CORU-registered, ISCP-member Chartered Physiotherapist with over 10 years’
experience across private practice and clinical settings, with a strong focus on
musculoskeletal rehab. She completed a Master of Science in Physiotherapy (MScPT) at
Coventry University (UK).
She treats a wide range of Musculoskeletal conditions and creates personalised, evidence-
based rehab programmes, combining hands-on treatment and exercise rehab to help people
get back to what they enjoy. Rutu has worked in busy private practice settings in Ireland
previously, where she also led group classes like “Stronger for Longer” and “Healthy Bones.”
Before moving to Ireland, Rutu ran her own physiotherapy clinic in India, building a holistic
and patient-centred approach to care.
She is also trained in Yoga, Dry Needling, pre and post-natal exercise prescription and Vestibular Rehabilitation, which allows her to
tailor care for a wider range of patient needs. She has a special interest in Pilates-based
rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys singing and cooking, and has taken part in many music
competitions in India- bringing the same energy, creativity and positivity to her work with
patients.
