Psychological Wellbeing Services of Coaching, Counselling and Psychotherapy available in Sligo both in person and online. Coaching is provided to individuals to assist them in achieving and fulfilling on life goals in areas of wellbeing, self esteem, confidence, education, career, relationships, work life balance etc. A Counselling and Psychotherapy service is also available for clients experiencing mental health distress such as anxiety, panic, low mood, depression, stress, burn out and overwhelm. Patsy has seen first hand the effectiveness of combining Coaching and Psychotherapy in her practice in the service of her clients.
