Wexford Tongue tie Service: I believe in evidence-based medicine and take the pride in performing tongue tie release only when it is clinically indicated. I will always take a detailed history to ensure that a frenotomy is worthwhile for your baby. Infants: Crying, reflux, colic, feeding difficulties, jaundice, sleep and behavioural issues, head shape Well-baby and child checks: 6 Week Check, or if you would like to be confident that there are no issues that you may not have spotted, or are seeking reassurance. Gastro-intestinal: Gastro-oesophageal reflux, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, constipation, food intolerance, Coeliac disease, Cow's milk allergy. Growth and Nutrition: Growth faltering, poor weight gain, short stature, Vitamin D deficiency, anaemia, obesity. Respiratory and Infection: Prolonged Cough, recurrent infections, wheezing, asthma. Skin: Eczema, rashes, birth marks, lumps and bumps. Renal: Urine infections, daytime wetting and bedwetting Developmental and Neurological: Headaches, fits/epilepsy, neurological concerns and prolonged tiredness, autistic spectrum disorders and developmental delay.
