I provide an online therapy space for English speaking people, who are seeking support across the EU for their mental and emotional health and overall wellbeing.
Life can be incredibly tough at times, and cause distress and instability, and we can find ourselves engaging in unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling and behaving to cope.
Sometimes this can be due to a clear life event or stressor/s, while other times, the issues we’re struggling with today are deeply rooted in our earlier life experiences.
I will work with you to understand what it is that you are personally struggling with and why, I will adapt my approach to your unique needs shifting between roles of support, guidance and more directive, and I will help to keep us on track working towards a shared goal.
