Counselling and psychotherapy provides an ongoing relationship with someone trained to listen and assist you to explore your past and present, and more clearly identify what you want for your future. As an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I aim to provide a safe and confidential space to explore your experiences and feelings, make sense of where you are, develop strategies to cope with life’s challenges, and create positive change. I offer both time limited (for example 6, 12, or 18 weeks) and open-ended Integrative, Relational psychotherapy and counselling in quiet and comfortable spaces in South London.
