Deirdre Brady MEAPH, MAPCP, MBWRT First-class BA (Hons)Counselling and Psychotherapy Advanced diploma in Hypno-psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis and Hypnotherapy having trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I am an accredited member of The European Association of Professional Hypnotherapists (EAPH) and the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland (APCP) and a member of the Institute of BWRT having qualified as a BWRT( brain working recursive therapy) therapist. I am a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher and a Yoga Nidra Facilitator. I have a holistic mind, body spirit approach to my life and in my therapy session. I offer a safe, understanding space for my clients in which to explore and resolve difficult thoughts and emotions. I am an integrative therapist which means I use a variety of techniques including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy.
