Overview

I am a Holistic Therapist who is also a Registered Nurse in the NHS. I firmly believe that health and well-being is multi-dimensional and starts with exercise, diet, relaxation and knowing how to relax. I love giving holistic therapies and helping my clients to find their path to improve their life. Prevention is always better than cure.
