Taking the first step to make a positive change is brave, but can also be scary. Having a safe space where you can be yourself, without judgement can give you the confidence to start the journey of change. I am an integrative therapist, who uses a variety of approaches to support and empower individuals, who have reached a place in their life where they need some help with their mental well-being. I work with all ages, genders and race, via video, from the comfort of your own home. Sessions can be as regular as once per week, but after an initial consultation, you can decide what best suits your needs.
