I am a qualified holistic and integrative counsellor who works under a professional, ethical framework. What this means is that I accept individuals as a whole being, including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects. I have been trained in a number of therapeutic techniques and approaches which allows me to treat every person who comes to me as an individual and work in a why which best suits their needs and preferences. Being under an ethical framework means that I chose to work to certain principles and values which ensure my client's best interests are at the heart of all that I do.
