Overview

Vicky has a first class honours BSc in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Reading. Since qualifying, Hui Ee has worked as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist in a well-established private paediatric therapy practice in London. She currently works primarily with a complex needs and early years/primary school population. Vicky has experience working with a range of paediatric clients, from Early Years to primary and secondary school-aged children with speech, language, and communication needs, as well as children with special educational needs, providing both assessment and intervention. She is specialising in working with children with complex needs and children in the early years. She has provided assessments for consultations and EHCPs, both in the clinic and in schools. Vicky is trained in Selective Mutism, Social Skills by Alex Kelly, PECS Level 1, Attention Autism, and has also attended a Cleft and Craniofacial Course delivered by professionals from the Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. She is also PROMPT Level 1 trained and has worked closely with other specialists to support children with verbal dyspraxia. Vicky often provides training for INSET days in schools on a broad range of speech, language, and communication-related topics. She also delivers tailored training in our clinics to carers, teaching assistants, learning support assistants on supporting children with speech, language and communication needs. She is a registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, and is also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
