Overview

I’m Fliss, a registered Dietitian passionate about supporting young people, families, and individuals navigating disordered eating and eating disorders. My work focuses on the essential connection between nutrition, mental health, and physical well-being. Dietitians are the only qualified health professionals trained to assess, diagnose, and treat diet and nutrition problems. Together we will work towards a more balanced approach, to remove the guilt and shame often associated with eating. I work holistically, considering every aspect of your life, your routine, personal preferences, lifestyle, activity levels and budget. By taking a person centred approach, I aim to help individuals of all ages, including young people, create sustainable changes that improve both physical and mental health.
