Mahin Kohli Physiotherapist

Mahin works as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and Independent Prescriber in Pain Management. He has a special interest in helping people develop lifestyle strategies to improve their health & wellbeing, whilst reducing the long-term use of medications, so they can move towards their individual goals.  Mahin values the importance of increasing people's awareness of chronic pain and the different ways to manage it. This is also the reason he has started his own YouTube channel ('The Wellness Puzzle') talking about pain management and lifestyle strategies to improve health and wellness.  Outside of work, Mahin enjoys cricket, coffee, CrossFit and traveling to new places.
