Lee qualified as a Clinical Cardiac Physiologist in 1998 and has worked all over the UK and Ireland in the field of cardiac medicine. A car accident in 1997, followed by poor aftercare resulted in many years of back pain and struggling to exercise, which lead to weight gain and eventually a prolapsed disc. His professional experience and knowledge of the human body, and a desire to find a way of overcoming his own physical and mental barriers to good health and wellbeing, led him to complete a professional qualification in sports and remedial massage. And now, after nearly 20 years of not being able to run, he has completed a 10K trail run in the Lake District and is training for a 25K trail run next year! Lee is passionate about using his personal and professional experience to help others to overcome their physical barriers to achieving their goals, whether this be due to an injury, posture related or secondary to a long-term health condition.
