Overview

You don’t have to be in crisis to come to therapy. As an attachment and trauma-informed therapist, I work with all genders who are navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, grief, difficult relationships, or just a heavy sense of “something’s not right.” If that’s you, you’re in the right place. I support people who: Experience regular anxiety or depression Find it hard to trust or connect with others Experienced emotional neglect, abuse, or trauma in the past Have intense fear of abandonment or rejection Repeat painful patterns in relationships Feel overwhelmed by emotional closeness or distance Therapy with me can help you: Build more secure and trusting relationships Heal unresolved childhood wounds Develop emotional regulation and resilience Gain clarity about your needs, triggers, and boundaries Break free from self-sabotaging patterns Increase self-worth, confidence, and inner calm Experience healthier intimacy and connection I offer online therapy sessions, and our sessions are a space where you get to slow down, be heard, and figure out what’s next.
