2. Eligibility
2.1. Clients must be 16 years of age or older to receive services. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual if we believe that the procedure may pose a risk to their health or safety.

3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their health and medical history prior to receiving services.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.3. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time or rescheduling of the appointment, subject to availability.
