Fully qualified person-centred therapist working with adults in person, online and by phone. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults (18+) to better understand themselves, overcome challenges and embrace a fulfilling life.
I have extensive experience in various counselling settings and a background in neuroscience and publishing. As well as private practice, I work for a national mental health organisation in a community counselling service for anxiety, depression and bereavement, and within a specialist service for autistic adults. I am passionate about the neurodiversity paradigm and social model of disability.
I am DBS certified, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and hold professional and public liability insurance. I am on the accredited register of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a member of the Person-Centred Association.
