I'm a dedicated and compassionate therapist, embarked on a transformative journey 12 years ago after a successful 20-year career in Information Technology. This drastic change led me to where I feels I have always belonged - in the field of therapy and wellness. Driven by a deep-seated passion for helping others, combined with ongoing training in as a student currently studying Pluralistic Counselling, which combines the modalities of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Humanistic (Person Centred) Therapy, allows me to bring a wealth of expertise to the therapeutic experience. Currently a student on a journey to become an accredited NCPS counsellor, my qualifications enable the integration of a diverse array of strategies from these modalities, ensuring that each client’s therapy is personalised and effective.
