We are a team of specialist osteopaths, cranial osteopaths and baby osteopaths In Brighton and Hove, who really enjoy working with babies, and those with pregnancy and post natal issues. We support with breast feeding and strains held from birth in both baby and birthing parent.
We also love to treat people of all ages from birth and take a trauma-informed approach in our work. We regularly help people who have head aches, neck pain, back pain, trouble with digestion and help de-stress the body. If you have any questions about whether we can help you, please get in touch.

With nearly 30 years experience between us you can rest assured you are in good hands. We are highly trained with extensive post graduate qualifications in Women's Health Osteopathy, paediatrics and cranial osteopathy. Beatrice is also offers Tui Na massage and body work and is able to prescribe simple homeopathy remedies.

07404826849(Mobile)I am a specialist Osteopath with over ten years of experience. I offer an integrative approach for infants to adults combining Cranial, Functional, Visceral, and Biodynamic Osteopathy.
With most of my previous practice in London, I also lectured at the University of South Wales, and contributed to specialist care on Harley Street. I specialise in acute and chronic pain, women’s health, paediatrics, and trauma-informed care.
Empowering you to live fully in your body through a multidisciplinary approach is an important part of my practice.
My commitment to holistic care extends beyond Osteopathy. I have trained with the Faculty of Homeopathy and obtained a license to provide homeopathic remedies within my work.
I am an experienced Tui Na massage therapist from the Shao Yang Institute in France, since 2010. This is a unique modality which blends acupressure and deep tissue techniques to enhance general circulation and promote deep relaxation.
I am also currently training as an Infant Feeding Coach, as I aim to further support the families I see during the perinatal period.
Outside the practice, I am a passionate singer, percussionist and workshop facilitator and Mum of two wonderful children.
