I am a trauma-informed neurodivergent-affirmative clinical counsellor, neuroscience-based psychotherapist, and Clinical Counselling Supervisor. I am a specialist practitioner in Childhood Trauma and Attachment, as well as Adult Autism and Mental Health. I work with a wide range of people from all backgrounds who are experiencing emotional trauma, relationship difficulties, depression, low self-esteem and anxiety.
