Overview

Welcome to Psychology Brighton. I am Anna, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor and Consultant for the TV, Media and Radio. I have worked in the NHS in mental health services since 2014, specialising in supporting working age adults presenting with a range of difficulties. Alongside my independent practice and Media consulting, I am privileged to be a trainer for the next generation of Clinical Psychologists at one of the most established Clinical Psychology training programmes in the UK. I specialise in supporting people from the LGBTQI+ community and creative professionals. As a person from the LGBTQI+ community, with a background of having grown up in the fashion world in Italy, I have an ability to create a non-judgmental space where safe exploration of different aspects of your identity is encouraged. With my clinical training and lived experience, I understand that life does not always go to plan and sometimes we can all find ourselves in a situation where we may need support. I have specialist training in trauma-focused and trauma-informed therapy. I practice using an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic skills and concepts to be able to be responsive to your unique life circumstances and work towards goals that are meaningful to you.
