Dr. Anil Pokhrel (MBBS, MD, DM) is a Consultant Nephrologist at Kathmandu Medical College Teaching Hospital , Star Hospital. He has over 17 years of experience in the field of medicine. He holds good clinical experience as a internist and has exposure in dealing with complicated case. Dr. Pokhrel graduated from Bangladesh in 1999. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine (MD) and Nephrology (DM) from NAMS, Bir Hospital. A keen researcher with an avid interest in academics and tutoring fellow residents makes him a pleasing and knowledgeable clinician. Dr. Anil’s main clinical interests are the management of patients with Acute Kidney Injury, glomerular diseases and kidney transplantation.
