I am an American expat living in the UK since 2020. I received my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counselling in the United States and I became a formally Licensed Professional Counsellor in the US in 2015. I have over 12 years of counselling experience and more recently became a Board Certified TeleMental Health Therapist, predominantly seeing clients online. Upon moving to the UK in 2020, I became an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and remain an active member.
