For all adults and adolescents (12 years and older), this appointment is for patients who have not attended the clinic in the past and is approximately 45 minutes in duration. All new patients to the clinic are required to complete and submit their medical history forms online to be examined in advance by the practitioner. These forms will be emailed once the appointment is booked.

For children 0-12 years, this appointment is for new patients who have not attended the clinic in the past and is approximately 45 minutes in duration. Parents/guardians of all new patients to the clinic are required to complete and submit their medical history forms online to be examined in advance by the practitioner. These forms will be emailed once the appointment is booked.

For babies and adults, this appointment slot is for existing patients of the clinic and is approximately 30 minutes in duration.

This appointment allows two members of the same family to book into one extended appointment slot at the same time. Both family members MUST be existing patients of the clinic, with the exception of a newborn infant with their mother (who is an existing patient) or newborn twins. Alternatives to these categories (i.e. *2 EP children, *EP parent and EP child, *EP mother and newborn infant or *newborn twins) family sessions require special request and are POA.
