Medical History, Otoscopy, Play audiometry or Pure Tone Audiometry, Tympanometry (Middle Ear Pressure Test (useful for glue ear assessment). NB: A letter may be required from the school of the child requesting the test. DNA will need to pay a booking fee if they attempt to re-book their appointment. For ear impressions needed to make your custom hearing protection for various occasions. Pricing varies and will be quoted in clinic.

Ear Wax Removal via Microsuction for 1 or both ears. 2nd attempts are free if unable to clear completely at 1st attempt. Please use olive oil ear drops at least 2 or 3 days prior if you have no known history of a perforation.

Standard otoscopy observation inside ear to verbally explain status.

Air-conduction and bone conduction tested with masking if applicable. Health insurance referrals Medico legal or 3rd party referrals

Domes, filters, tubing, retention locks replaced, microphones, cleaned, aids dried. - £50 for 1 or £60 for both aid

Includes receiver changing (£30), Hearing aid send off for repair (£99 - 30mins or if aid is to be sent off to manufacturer) Hearing aid change of parts (£50 - 15mins)
