I am an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) with a specialist interest in paediatric nutrition. Registered Dietitians (RDs) are the only qualified health professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems. We work with both healthy and sick people. Uniquely, dietitians use the most up-to-date research on food, health and disease – translated into practical guidance to help you to make appropriate lifestyle and food choices. I am also a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association (BDA Media Spokesperson of the Year 2019), with experience of popular writing on dietary matters, and frequent contributions to TV and radio.
